Toast on Hill
About This Spot
Stepping into Toast on Hill feels like slipping into the rhythm of a friendly neighborhood diner where mornings stretch out at a comfortable pace. The space is warmly inviting, with its simple charm and a buzz that comes from locals gathering around well-worn tables to share stories over familiar, hearty plates. Whether you’re sliding into a booth or grabbing a sunny spot by the window, the mood here balances casual ease with the quiet hum of community connection.
Here, breakfast isn’t just a meal—it’s an experience that lingers through generous portions and thoughtfully crafted comfort food. The kitchen quietly works its magic on classics reimagined with attention and care: the kind of fare that fills your hands with warm toast and your plate with color—from golden hashbrowns to cinnamon-sweet French toast that delights both young and old. Brunch carries a lively yet unhurried tempo that invites conversation as much as it satisfies appetites. The friendly staff know many by name and step in with a smile, reinforcing the sense that this is a place where neighbors meet, laugh, and find a little extra cheer in their day.
Families find a welcoming spot here too, with options that bring out smiles from the kids while adults can indulge in mimosas or thoughtfully prepared egg dishes. The atmosphere encourages a laid-back, unpretentious experience where comfort food feels personal rather than routine. It’s a spot where mornings stretch, conversations flow, and the bustle of life softens in the gentle glow of good company and a well-made meal.

Loved this place! Portions are huge and food was tremendous! Cinnamon roll pancakes were very favorable by my six year old. Omelets and toast was very good!

Cute smaller restaurant. Food was good. I would just suggest that when they're super busy the back door stays locked from the outside so you can only go out instead of in. They had two doors entering into the restaurant and it was seat yourself. With it being that busy people were sitting down when it wasn't their turn. There were literally almost three fights when I was there to eat. It made a lot of people feel uncomfortable and nervous about things getting out of hand. That's the last thing I want to think about when I'm going to have a meal with friends. It's a simple fix. Hopefully they will consider it.

The food was exceptional I had the Cali Benedict, and hubby had the Chicken Fried Steak.

Second time I've been to the Toast on Hill. It was very busy morning. Had a short wait for a spot at the counter. I had the bacon/cheese omelet with large fruit cup and wheat toast. My breakfast was excellent. The service was fast and friendly. Even though being very busy they did a wonderful job. It was worth the wait for breakfast. Prices are reasonable and well worth the experience. I highly recommend the Toast on Hill for a fantastic breakfast. They also have a adult beverages bar available.

Huevos Locos omelet was the star of the show. Definitely get cheese and onions added if you're getting hashbrowns. The cinnamon roll is quite the value compared to other breakfast places in the area. Pancake was a little lackluster, but everything else made up for it.
